At Sadim Designs, each piece is thoughtfully made with care and attention to detail. As our designs are produced in limited quantities or made-to-order, all purchases are considered final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, if you have any questions or would like guidance before placing your order, we’re always happy to assist, please feel free to reach out to us.

Once an order has been confirmed and enters production, it cannot be changed or cancelled. We kindly ask that you double-check all sizing, color choices, and customization details before completing your purchase to ensure everything is perfect for you.
